Key Responsibilities:

·Lead delivery of energy modelling, carbon analysis and sustainability strategies
·Produce planning-ready sustainability and energy reports
·Develop low-carbon design solutions and influence early-stage project decisions
·Carry out thermal comfort, operational energy and HVAC modelling
·Engage directly with clients, leading workshops and technical discussions
·Manage project workstreams, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
·Mentor junior team members and support team development
·Contribute to R&D and continuous improvement initiatives
 
What they''re Looking For:

·Proven experience in sustainable design, building performance or energy modelling
·Strong working knowledge of Part L and UK building performance standards
·Experience using IES VE or similar dynamic simulation tools
·Background in non-domestic energy assessments (HVAC modelling desirable)
·Confident in client-facing roles and leading technical discussions
·Ability to manage projects and support junior staff
·Degree or Master''s in a relevant discipline
·Willingness to obtain security clearance
