Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee credit control, including debt chasing and query resolution.- Process and input purchase invoices accurately and efficiently.- Carry out bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash records.- Maintain and manage the debtor ledger.- Support month-end procedures, reconciliations, and reporting.- Use Excel and accounting software to track, analyse, and update financial data.- Ensure accurate filing and maintenance of financial documentation.- Provide ad hoc support to the finance team and wider business as required.
