The Role As a Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator, you''ll be at the forefront of our candidate journey whilst onboarding new team members. Working across multiple brands in the business, you''ll ensure a smooth, compliant, and welcoming experience for every new starter. Your days will be varied and rewarding, from managing pre-employment checks and drafting offer letters and contracts, to ensuring our safeguarding and regulatory standards are met to the highest level around referencing and DBS/PVG checks.
