The home provides both permanent residential care and short-term respite care, with a separate specialist dementia unit supporting residents with dignity, happiness, and individuality at the heart of everything we do.Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support the night care teamDeliver high-quality, person-centred dementia and residential careMonitor residents wellbeing and respond appropriately to changesAdminister medication (training provided if required)Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date care recordsPromote a calm, safe, and supportive night-time environment What We re Looking For Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant within a care homeNVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Socia
