This is an opportunity to work within one of the most diverse and distinctive property portfolios in the country, spanning over 800 assets - including operational buildings, commercial investments, heritage sites, and coastal land. You''ll play a key role in the professional management of the council''s estate, ensuring assets are effectively maintained, optimised, and aligned with corporate priorities. Key ResponsibilitiesManage landlord and tenant matters across the Council''s diverse property portfolio, including leases, assignments, rent reviews, and renewals.Provide estates management advice and support to colleagues across the organisation, helping to ensure best use of property assets.Oversee the collection of rental income and service charges, liaising with tenants to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.Assist with valuations, acquisitions, and disposals of land and property assets.Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of accurate property records and asset data.Support the Strategic Head of Property Services with the development and implementation of corporate property strategies and projects.Work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners
