Key Responsibilities:

- Call customers to ensure their appliances are covered
- Upsell protection products based on customer needs
- Build strong relationships and understand customer requirements
- Help customers find the best protection package
- Making a high number of sales each day to hit personal targets

 
Skills and Experience:

- 12 months of phone sales experience preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Team player focused on delivering great customer service
