Previous experience in an SEN setting is preferable.Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and group support to students with special needs and moderate learning difficulties.Help manage challenging behaviour, implementing effective strategies to promote positive behaviour.Work closely with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.Support students'' emotional and social development, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
