We are looking for a Head Chef for this quality independent pub restaurant based in Mirfield, West Yorkshire.

As Head Chef you will take full ownership of the kitchen operation with full autonomy to run the kitchen and the opportunity to put your own stamp on the menu. You will be responsible for delivering consistent, high quality food across a varied menu of freshly prepared dishes.

The Head Chef will ensure all menus are costed and profitable, championing fresh and homemade cooking throughout. You will maintain full compliance of Food Safety, Allergens, Due Diligence, HACCP and Health and Safety standards.

As Head Chef you will train and develop the team to ensure everyone performs at their best. The ideal Head Chef will be approachable, passionate about food quality and able to build a positive kitchen culture.
