This is a rare opportunity for an experienced lawyer to step away from the traditional path and take on a role that’s embedded right at the heart of one of the firm’s busiest and most high-performing departments.You’ll work directly with partners, associates, and trainees to manage workflow, career development, performance, training, and resourcing. Responsibilities

Qualifications

A qualified lawyer (5+ PQE) with experience in a Corporate or transactional team.Ability to hold their own with senior partners and calmly manage difficult conversations.Proactive, strategic, and invested in mentoring, development, and the human side of law.Experience in a fast-paced, international firm is ideal and helps understand the environment’s demands.
