This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term career growth, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment.Key Responsibilities - CNC grinding machinistSet up and operate CNC surface and cylindrical grinding machinesInterpret complex aerospace engineering drawings and process specificationsManufacture precision components to tight tolerances and exact surface finishesConduct in-process inspections using micrometers, comparators, and other precision instrumentsPerform routine machine maintenance and tool cleaningAccurately complete production and quality documentationAdhere to Health and Safety and quality assurance protocolsCollaborate with QA and Manufacturing Engineering teams to meet design and customer standardsRequired Skills and ExperienceProven experience with CNC grinding in aerospace or precision engineeringStrong knowledge of geometric tolerancing, machining principles, and CNC programmingAbility to read and interpret technical engineering drawingsFamiliarity with AS9100 standards (preferred)Skilled in using micrometers, verniers, and gaugesHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualitySelf-motivated and adaptable; able to work independently or as
