Rev and Regs are seeking a Financial Crime Compliance Risk Assessment Manager to work for a dynamic and well-respected investment and wealth management firm in London. The Financial Crime Compliance Risk Assessment Manager will lead the development, enhancement, implementation and ongoing maintenance of the firm''s Financial Crime Risk Assessment Framework, ensuring that it delivers a comprehensive, data-driven and risk-based assessment of the firm''s exposure to Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, Proliferation Financing, Sanctions, Bribery and Corruption, Tax Evasion Facilitation, Fraud and other applicable financial crime risks. Responsibilities: Lead the review and enhancement of the firm''s Business-Wide Financial Crime Risk Assessment methodology. Assess and refine risk categories, risk factors, scoring models, weightings and risk indicators. Ensure the methodology provides a balanced assessment using both quantitative and qualitative measures. Maintain alignment with regulatory expectations, industry guidance and emerging financial crime threats. Work collaboratively with First, Second and Third Line teams to gather input, challenge assumptions and drive continuous improvement. Develop and maintain a comprehensive financial crime risk and controls framework. Identify, assess and document inherent financial crime risks across customers, products, services, transactions, jurisdictions and delivery channels.
