We are currently recruiting for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Blackbushe. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling a range of products, from individual components and sub-assemblies through to completed units. Following engineering drawings, wiring schedules and assembly instructions. Carrying out soldering, crimping and wiring activities. Using appropriate tools and equipment, including soldering irons and electrical testing meters. Inspecting completed assemblies to ensure they meet the required quality standards. Identifying and reporting any design, specification or assembly issues. Completing relevant production records and updating internal systems. Working closely with Production Engineering, Stores and Quality teams to resolve any assembly-related issues. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate for the Electro-Mechanical Assembler: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production assembly environment. Experience with soldering and crimping.
