Our client, a leading provider of Domiciliary Care is looking to appoint their next superstar as a HR and Recruitment Manager, to be based in their branch in Hinckley.You will lead and manage the HR and recruitment functions across all local branches, ensuring the delivery of a responsive, legally compliant, and people-focused service. This role supports strategic goals by attracting, developing, and retaining a high-quality workforce, while embedding a culture of respect, compassion, and dignity in line with the organisation''s values.
