Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and deadlines are consistently met.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong transactional finance experience who is studying towards an accounting qualification or looking to further develop their finance career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase LedgerProcess and accurately code supplier invoices.Resolve invoice queries and discrepancies.Reconcile supplier statements and ensure timely payments.Build positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Banking and Cash ManagementProcess payments, transfers and banking transactions.Perform bank reconciliations and investigate variances.Monitor funding receipts and escalate delays where required.Sales LedgerRaise customer invoices and internal recharges.Maintain accurate customer account records.Monitor outstanding balances and assist with debt recovery activities.Financial Reporting SupportAssist with month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations.Support the preparation of management information and reporting.Maintain accurate financial records and strong internal controls.Contribute to KPI reporting and ..... full job details .....
