What we''re looking for Strong design leadership on large-scale CRM/ERP/student systems programmes.Knowledge of the student life cycle andamp; Higher Education processes.Hands-on with Salesforce, Canvas LMS, and SITS (Tribal).Skilled in Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and design tools (Lucidchart/Miro). Nice to have HESA, GDPR andamp; Higher Education regulatory knowledge.UX/UI andamp; accessibility (WCAG) expertise.API-first, Azure, and integration experience.
