The hospital provides a safe and stable environment alongside structured therapeutic interventions and recovery-focused care.As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and developing high-quality nursing and clinical care across the hospital. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining direct clinical practice with responsibility for clinical governance, staff development, and quality assurance.Key Responsibilities:Provide visible clinical leadership and act as a role model for best nursing practiceMaintain compliance with HIW standards, NMC requirements, and internal policiesOversee clinical standards including care planning, medication management, and documentationSupport, supervise, and develop nursing staff and the wider clinical teamLead and contribute to audits, inspections, and continuous quality improvement initiativesRespond to clinical concerns and emergencies, escalating appropriately when requiredWork collaboratively with external professionals, commissioners, and partner agenciesPromote a therapeutic, recovery-focused approach throughout the serviceEssential Requirements:Current NMC registrationMinimum 2 years post-registration experienceExperience working within a mental health or hospital setting would be ideal
