This is a client-facing role combining technical consulting, project coordination, and delivery, with a clear opportunity to develop a career into IT Project Management. What you''ll do: Consult with new and existing clients to understand requirements and recommend IT and AV solutions Support pre-sales activity by answering technical enquiries and attending client viewings when required Act as the link between sales, operations, IT, and clients - translating technical detail into clear guidance Quote and coordinate AV and infrastructure solutions, working with internal teams and external contractors Manage and coordinate installations and small fit-out projects for client offices Support larger or more complex client requirements, including managing third-party suppliers Create and maintain user guides and technical documentation for internal and external use Provide regular updates and reporting on pre-sales and project activity to stakeholders What we''re looking for: Strong customer service background in a technical or IT-facing role Experience delivering or supporting IT infrastructure, AV, or technology projects Good understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, and on-site IT installations Confident communicator, comfortable working with bot
