Job Title: Multi Trade
Job Type: Contract, Long term 
Location: Ipswich areas 
Rate of pay: CIS £180 per day

Due to securing a new contract in the Ipswich area, ARC are looking for reliable and hardworking Multi Traders to join our client who specialise in social housing. 

The Role:

You''ll be carrying out a variety of property maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties, including:

• General repairs and maintenance
• Basic plumbing and carpentry
• Painting and decorating
• Patch plastering
• General handyman duties
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard with excellent customer service

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience in property maintenance or a similar trade
• Multi-skilled with a good all-round knowledge of building maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, professional and customer-focused
• Own tools preferred
