This is a permanent night shift position which would suit a time-served machinist bringing turning expertise alongside milling capability. An ideal role for someone who takes pride in accurate workmanship, enjoys independent duties, and values quality-led production.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture precision parts from engineering drawings against specifications.Set and run multi-axis turning equipment.Operate 3-axis or 5-axis milling machinery when required.Interpret technical drawings alongside written manufacturing instructions.Maintain tight tolerances while checking completed work.Use varied inspection gauges using measurement equipment.Complete final quality checks before release.Keep machinery, tooling, equipment, while surrounding areas clean and maintained.Follow ISO 50001, 14001, 45001 and 9001 requirements.Support improvements covering production, safety, health and energy efficiency.Take ownership of tasks while contributing positively within team activities.Skills RequiredFully skilled, time-served CNC Turner holding relevant certificates.Practical background using CNC lathes.Milling experience on 3-axis or 5-axis machines.Strong ability to read engineering drawings and follow written instructions.Aerospace manufacturing exposure would be ..... full job details .....
