The key duties include: To carry out operational Health and Safety duties such as risk assessments, incident and accident investigations on the site Promote and strengthen the HandS culture across the site Provide HandS guidance, solutions and advice to minimise risks. Working with managers to prepare risk assessments, COSHH assessments and operational duties Provide HandS training to employees on safety practices Lead regular Health and Safety meetings with Health and Safety champions.
