Job Overview

Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an established care provider to find a new Registered Manager for one of their care services. The home is a medium sized elderly care that provides nursing and Dementia care alongside some Residential care. As the Manager of the service, you will be responsible for both operational and compliance aspects of the home and to make sure that the home is compliant with CQC.

The home is complaint with CQC and has a lot of potential. However, as any good Manager would know, there are always challenges to overcome and to be successful in this home, you should have experience of improving moral, training and development of staff and the ability to maintain an increase occupancy levels.

This home has a huge focus on Dementia care so any experience within this area is very advantageous.

Salary

Circa -70,000 - -75,000 per annum plus potential bonuses (may go higher for the right person)

Candidate requirements

• To be successful in this position, you must currently be a Registered Manager in the care industry and have solid knowledge of CQC regulations and guidelines.
• You should also have experience working withing elderly cares services that have nursing care within them and be comfortable working with clinical professionals.
• As the potential Manager it is also vital that you have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with various stakeholders within the business
• Open to Non-Nurse Managers with Nursing / Dementia home experience

Location

This role is based in Manchester and is commutable from Oldham, Stockport, Ashton-under-Lyne, Rochdale, Bury and Bolton
