This role focuses on providing tailored support for pupils with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them to engage positively with their learning and development.You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver structured support, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive both academically and socially.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ADHD and ASDAssist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategiesSupport pupils with emotional regulation, focus, and social interactionPromote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environmentWork collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCO, and external professionalsMonitor and report on student progress and wellbeingRequirementsExperience working with children with SEN, particularly ADHD and/or ASDUnderstanding of behaviour management strategies and sensory needsPatient, empathetic, and resilient approachStrong communication and teamwork skillsRelevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are desirableA valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)What We OfferA welcoming a
