• Coach & Develop the Team – Inspire and empower your team through training and hands-on leadership.
• Ensure Operational Excellence – Oversee stock control, loss prevention, and visual merchandising to keep the store running smoothly.
• Step Up as a Leader – Confidently take charge in the Store Manager’s absence and act as a key point of communication.

• 2–3 years’ retail experience within jewellery or high street fashion.
• Strong leadership skills and the confidence to step up when needed.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for creating exceptional shopping experiences.
• Results-driven with experience in meeting KPIs and sales targets.
• A proactive problem-solver who adapts quickly and takes initiative.
• Passion for fashion and styling, with an eye for trends and personalisation.
