Leading global events business seeks a highly talented sponsorship sales manager to join their high growth media business selling across an industry leading, flagship aerospace event. This role will focus on our client''s leading event within the Aerospace market. Think engineering, defence, aerospace - this is a huge event! Lots of existing accounts to manage from the start with full ownership of the event.Salary and Location

£40,000 – £55,000 Base Salary + (Uncapped Commission) + Excellent BenefitsHybridRole

Business Development ManagerResponsibilities

Generating new business, increasing pipeline and bringing on new prospectsManage a number of high value existing accountsSell high-value sponsorship opportunitiesPitch clients over the phone and through face to face meetingsAttend competitor eventsConsultative selling is a key part of this role, the right candidate should be able to sell creatively, through solution led sellingProfile of Candidate / Qualifications

3 years + in b2b sponsorship salesStrong new business sales skills with proven revenue resultsStrong account management capabilitiesDegree educated ideallyExcellent communication skillsSuccessful track record achieving revenue targetsSomeone with a consultative sales approach is a necessity hereAbout Lipton Media
