Follow safety and procedures at all times.Work efficiently with minimal supervision, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.Accurately complete paperwork and system entries.Liaise with the Senior Engineer to prioritise tasks and objectives.Contribute to process improvements and team development.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies.Provide a high level of service to clients at all times. Skills and Experience Required: Previous experience in a workshop environment is essential.Previous background in PC, laptop, and printer hardware repairs.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
