Class 1 Tipper Driver 15.00 per hour + Daily Bonus ( 18.68 estimated hourly rate) Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting Class 1 (C+E) Tipper Drivers for a large, well-established client operating within the aggregates and construction industry. Please note: This role does not guarantee full-time hours. Shifts are offered based on business requirements and workload demand. The Role As a Class 1 Tipper Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of aggregates and materials to construction sites and depots. Key duties include: Operating Class 1 tipper vehicles Delivering and collecting aggregates to and from sites Completing daily vehicle checks and defect reporting Adhering to road traffic laws and site health and safety procedures Accurately completing all required paperwork Working Hours and Shift Availability Primarily Monday to Friday Early starts are typical Standard shift length: 8.75 hours Shifts are offered subject to business needs and are not guaranteed each week Drivers must attend all booked shifts in a week to qualify for the bonus Pay and Bonus Structure Flat rate: 15.00 per hour Daily bonus: 35.00 per day Payable provided the driver: Attends all booked shifts offered that week Works the full 8.75 hours per shift Estimated hourly rate: 18.68 per hour (including bonus, when criteria are met) Requirements To be considered for this role, you must: Hold a valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
