We are looking for a Head of Talent to lead and shape all aspects of talent attraction, recruitment, and employer branding within a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation. This role will take ownership of building rich talent pipelines, strengthening the employer brand, and ensuring a seamless candidate and employee experience from attraction through onboarding, career development, and retention.Please note: This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis and they are fully office based.
