Full Time Arable Operator We are currently seeking a skilled operator for a 2100 ha family-owned arable estate in Lincolnshire. The estate is diverse with arable farming at its core along with diversification and environmental interests. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our existing skilled and hard-working team. The candidate will ideally have the following: Experienced self-motivated individual, who can work to a high standard on own initiative. Proficient in cultivations, drilling and combining Be willing and able to support all parts of the farm business. Ability to work alone and as part of a team. Relief driver on key machines throughout the season Attention to detail with strong work ethic and willingness to embrace challenges. A valid UK driving license. Full in-house training will be provided on all machines and any external training where necessary.
