Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Caerphilly

Academics are currently seeking a driven and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Caerphilly on a full-time basis, starting after May half-term.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to take on a key role within the classroom, supporting both pupils and teaching staff to deliver high-quality learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted interventions and support small group learning
• Lead activities in the absence of the teacher where required
• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis, including those with additional learning needs
• Assist with planning and adapting learning resources
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff

Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Previous experience working in a primary school setting
• Enhanced DBS certificate
• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
