Technical Lead / Engineering Manager Lancashire Office-based £65,000 - £75,000 Full-time, reporting to the CTO The Company Our client is an established UK B2B SaaS business. The Role As Engineering Manager, you''ll take day-to-day ownership of the technology function and act as the CTO''s deputy. You''ll lead multi-disciplinary teams across software, mobile, QA and infrastructure, and you''ll own both building the platform and running it. That covers delivering the product roadmap from backlog to release, raising engineering standards, managing incidents and keeping the cloud estate secure and resilient. It''s a hands-on leadership role, and its scope will grow as the business does.
