You''ll be working from engineering drawings to wire, fit, and terminate electrical components and cabling for industrial-grade scanning and automation equipment.Key Responsibilities:Run wiring looms to specification as part of vehicle electrical installationsElectrical installation and control panels on various trucksWiring complete systems onto truck and van chassisPoint-to-point wiring, loom building, cable crimping, and terminatingFitting of data and comms cabling including RJ45, Cat5/Cat6General mechanical fitting: marking out, drilling, tapping, bracket fittingReading and interpreting engineering wiring diagrams and schematicsUsing hand and power tools for installation tasksExperience with vehicle conversions is beneficialMust be competent in using various crimping toolsTrade Test Includes:Wiring an SY cable to a circuit breakerTerminating it with an RJ45 connectorUse of crimping ..... full job details .....
