Due to a growth in the business, they are now looking to take on an experienced engineering team leader to manage the day-to-day operations on site. Key Responsibilities: Working closely with the engineering manager to lead and manage the day to day running of the maintenance team. Attend both planned and reactive maintenance of food processing machinery Provide support and guidance to engineers and the operations team Offer support and guidance on breakdowns and offering backing when needed. Complete shift handovers, update breakdown boards, and create reports for effective transitionsWhat we are looking for: City and Guilds/Level 3 NVQ minimum in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Experience managing others in a fast-paced production environment, including performance management Background in working with food or manufacturing environment.
