Learning Support Assistant - Alternative ProvisionLocation: Tiptree, Essex Position Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Make a Real Difference Every DayWe are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a supportive Alternative Provision setting in Tiptree, Essex. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people who require additional guidance to succeed in education, both academically and personally. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs Assist in managing behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning activities Support students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs Help build students confidence, engagement, and independence About the SettingThis Alternative Provision supports students who may have struggled in mainstream education. The environment is nurturing, structured, and focused on helping learners re-engage with education and achieve positive outcomes.
