Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Tutor to support a Year 3 student in the DT8 area, delivering English and Maths for 6 hours per week. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping young people re-engage with education and build confidence in their learning. ? The Role As a Tutor, you will: Plan, prepare and deliver engaging, tailored sessions for a Year 3 learner.Monitor, assess and report on weekly student progress.Provide patient, compassionate and structured support.Be adaptable, organised and creative in your teaching.Record attendance and maintain clear documentation. ? About You We''re looking for someone who: Has a nurturing, caring and patient nature.Understands the Primary National Curriculum (English and Maths essential).Has experience supporting learners with SEN and/or SEMH needs.Is organised, dependable and able to build positive relationships.Holds at least 1 year of experience working in UK schools (essential).
