High level of communication across all management levels to develop and establish a clear project brief. Set measurable objectives and timelines, and manage consultants and contractors to ensure delivery to cost, time, and quality standards. Maintain records and work folders to ensure all work is appropriately checked and approved. Manage retail construction/re-development projects in live environments. Engage and consult with clients and their stakeholders. Chair meetings internally and externally to capture actions and ensure follow-through. Manage external design teams, cost management consultants, and contractors to ensure timely completion within budget and timelines. About You: Ability
