We are currently seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Warwick. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, proactive and creative, with the ability to create a positive, engaging and stimulating learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.
* Provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children''s development and independence.
* Support children''s personal, social and emotional development, helping them build confidence and positive relationships.
* Assist with phonics, early literacy, numeracy and play-based learning activities.
* Work with individuals and small groups to support children with varying abilities and learning needs.
