A multidisciplinary Consultancy based near Sidcup are looking for an ambitious Project Manager with previous Consultancy experience to join their growing team. The Project Manager will be contributing towards the delivery of multiple schemes within the Residential sector.The Company that the Project Manager will join: The Project Manager will be joining an established, yet close-knit Consultancy and supporting the delivery of projects including New Builds, Refurbishments and Cladding Remedial works within the Residential sector across London and the Southeast. The Project Manager will have the opportunity to deliver schemes with Contract Values ranging up to 15m.The Project Manager role:The Project Manager will have the opportunity to work with both private and public clients to drive forward the delivery of current schemes within the Residential sector.The Project Manager will also have the responsibility of managing junior project managers to allow them to gain a better understanding of the whole project lifecycle from start-finish.
