The business is looking for a GRC Consultant resource to work with the Business Lead reporting into a Senior resource based in Bangalore, India. The rest of the 16 business unit teams are dispersed across the UK. 16 priority business areas have been identified, with ongoing onboarding of GRC processes into the application in traditional areas of cyber security and risk, and plans to extend to governance across additional areas such as supply chain management, service operations, global security, product management, etc., to standardise and build robust governance and compliance processes and reduce the time to serve.Responsibilities

Comfortable with interviews and communications at Senior Management levels (HoDs and upwards).Ability to build roadmaps for agile development and communicate these to senior stakeholders and teams.Work with offshore tribes / POs to ensure requirements are included in release plans.Operate in an agile environment with squads and tribes; adept at agile ways of working.Adopt innovative methods to workshop, brainstorm, gather requirements and document processes (e.g., virtual war rooms, Miro/Mural boards).Influence and persuade stakeholders; act as the brand ambassador for the GRC application.Document to-be requirements and business processes using provided templates to ensure coherent documentation.Suggest and implement improvements to processes and different approaches/solutions (e.g., digital adoption).Leverage business process tooling/BPMN where appropriate; knowledge of ITIL and/or eTOM is valuable for structuring analysis.Apply knowledge of compliance, governance and risk management / mitigation from previous projects.Qualifications and Skills

Strong experience in governance, risk management and compliance (GRC).Familiarity with agile methodologies and working with cross-functional teams.Experience documenting requirements and business processes; comfortable with templates and standardized approaches.Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively with offshore teams.Understanding or working knowledge of ITIL and/or eTOM is advantageous.Seniority level
