Office Administrator

Location: Slough
Hourly rate: -13.00 - -14.00 per hour (DOE)
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday- Friday

Contract: Temp on going- Temp to Perm for right candidate

We''re looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our clients friendly and busy team in Slough. This is a varied position where you''ll be involved in the day-to-day support of the office, speaking with customers, suppliers and colleagues across the business.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Answering incoming telephone calls
  
  
• Managing and responding to emails
  
  
• Raising delivery notes
  
  
• Processing invoices
  
  
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  
  
• Using Sage and internal systems
  
  
• Providing administrative support across the business
  
  
• Assisting with general office duties as required
  
  

• Previous office administration experience is essential
  
  
• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
  
  
• Experience using Sage is essential
  
  
• Strong organisational and communication skills
  
  
• Strong customer service skills
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail
  
  
• A positive and proactive approach
