DV Cleared Project Planner - Contract Location: Basingstoke (5 Days Onsite)Contract: Inside IR35Clearance: Active DV Clearance Required We are seeking an experienced DV Cleared Project Planner to support the delivery of complex programmes within a secure environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain integrated project schedules in line with planning standards and governance. Establish and manage baseline plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths. Align project schedules with master programme plans. Ensure schedule logic supports effective impact and change analysis. Track progress, identifying variance, slippage, and emerging risks. Produce schedule reports and planning metrics for stakeholders. Work closely with Project Managers, PMO teams, and technical stakeholders. Essential Skills Active DV Clearance (mandatory). Proven experience as a Project Planner, Programme Planner, or Project Controls Planner. Strong knowledge of baseline management, critical path analysis, and schedule governance. Experience with progress tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting. Experience using project scheduling and planning tools. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Desirable Experience within Defence, Government, or National Security environments. Knowledge of project controls and risk management.
