As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our Technical team and play a key role in ensuring compliance across our ingredient portfolio. The Role Reporting to the Technical Manager, The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will be responsible for ensuring our ingredients comply with UK and EU food regulations while providing practical regulatory guidance to customers and internal teams. This role combines regulatory compliance, specification management, customer support and horizon scanning to support business growth and maintain the highest standards of compliance. Working closely with Technical, Quality, Sales, Product Development and Supply Chain teams, you will help embed regulatory excellence throughout the business. Key Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance and Strategy Ensure ingredient compliance with UK and EU food legislation covering flavourings, colours, additives and general food law. Interpret and apply legislation including Regulation (EC) No. 1334/2008 and relevant UK regulations.
