• To undertake and see through to completion any required maintenance work onsite for example, decorating, repairs, changing locks, tiling, basic electrics, plumbing and carpentry.
• To carry out duties in a friendly, courteous and professional manner, respecting others at all times.
• To complete all necessary administration and recording in accordance with Company guidelines.

The Person:

• Self-driven, flexible, ability to prioritise
• Good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
• Previous Experience needed 2-5years
• Self-motivated with desire for continual personal development.
• Multi-skilled across a range of trades
