The Role

You''ll be the friendly face of the on-site workwear centre, ensuring employees receive excellent service while managing a range of practical and administrative tasks, including:

• Supporting customers with workwear enquiries and orders
• Receiving deliveries and managing stock
• Maintaining locker inventory and records
• Collecting and distributing laundry using the on-site vehicle
• Carrying out garment embroidery (full training provided)
• Processing returns and resolving order queries
• Producing reports and supporting stock takes
• Providing occasional cover at the Swindon site

About You:

• Holds a full UK driving licence
• Is confident using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Has excellent organisation and communication skills
• Enjoys delivering great customer service
• Has a positive, proactive attitude and is keen to learn
