This is for a large residential project in London, close to City of London, Camden Town, Kensington, Hammersmith, Hackney, Tower Bridge and Brixton Duties Develop project plans, budgets and schedules in collaboration with the project team. Implement quality assurance and control measures to ensure workmanship and install meet the clients expectations. Ensuring compliance with all aspects of Health and Safety. Oversee and manage all aspects of the Mechanical and Electrical installation and give technical assistance to electricians on site should they need it. The successful Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) Project Manager will have the following Extensive experience as an MandE project manager on large residential projects Electrical Qualifications Mechanical Qualifications To be based on site while projects are in process.
