Known for their personable approach and professional integrity, they offer a collaborative working culture, flexible arrangements, and clear routes for progression.Role and ResponsibilitiesManage a varied portfolio of planning projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectorsPrepare, submit and oversee planning applications, appeals and development appraisalsProvide professional planning advice to clients, stakeholders and local authoritiesManage client relationships and lead project communications effectivelyContribute to business development by supporting bids, proposals and new client enquiriesSupport junior team members and collaborate with senior colleagues across projects.Required Skills and ExperienceMinimum 4 years'' post-qualification experience with M
