Responsibilities Perform end-to-end quality assurance testing of software releases, from development through to production. Investigate and reproduce reported faults, documenting findings clearly within the issue-tracking system. Create structured, comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases for both manual and automated testing. Design, develop and execute automation scripts to improve coverage and efficiency. Collaborate with product management, developers and project teams to clarify requirements and feature specifications. Contribute to improving QA methodologies, processes and overall testing effectiveness.
