Salary: -130 180 Per Day-(dependent on experience)

About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, creative and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Creating a positive classroom environment that promotes a love of learning.
- Assessing, monitoring and recording pupil progress to ensure children achieve their learning objectives.
- Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities and learning requirements.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting positive attitudes towards learning.
- Supporting pupils'' academic, social and emotional development.
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues.
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, the SENCO and other staff to support pupils with additional needs.
- Contributing to curriculum development, staff meetings and the wider life of the school.
- Maintaining high expectations for pupil achievement, behaviour and wellbeing.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has a strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
- Has excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
- Can plan creative, engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Is committed to inclusion and supporting pupils with SEND.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Is reflective, adaptable and committed to their own professional development.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting children''s welfare.
