You''ll oversee the following duties:Lead a team of Licensed Engineers in maintaining a modern Embraer E190 fleetEnsure safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance activity for both scheduled and reactive demandsCoordinate work requirements, defect rectification, and AOG recoveryPromote operational excellence through clear communication and hands-on leadershipFoster a positive culture that supports today''s operation and future growthJob Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:CAA Part-66 Category B1 or B1/B2 licence with certification experienceExperience in leading engineering teams in a dynamic line maintenance environmentEmbraer E190 type training (desired), however not essential as type training will be providedSolid understanding of CAA Part 145 proceduresValid UK driving licence (or equivalent)Ability to hold an airport restricted zone access and airside driving licencePassion for mentoring and developing team membersBenefits:Very attractive salary on offer + shift allowance Shift pattern: 5-5-4, guaranteeing 2 weekends off per monthOvertime available at current rate x 2Sign-on incentive and referral bonus schemeVarious salary sacrifice schemes (electric vehicle, cycle to work)Health Cash PlanGym and retail discounts34 days of holiday entitlement, inclusive of
