Experienced Warehouse Operatives – Knighton

Job Overview

ITS Industrial is recruiting Experienced Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client based in Knighton.

We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals with previous warehouse or manufacturing experience to join a busy production and warehouse team. The successful candidates will play an important role in supporting production, managing stock, and ensuring the smooth running of daily warehouse operations.

Working Hours

• 12-hour shifts
• 4 days on, 4 days off
• Rotating between day shifts (06:00–18:00) and night shifts (18:00–06:00)
• Shift rotation changes every two blocks

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily forklift truck (FLT) start-up checks and promptly report any faults or issues.
• Work closely with Goods In, Despatch, and Production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Store products in the correct warehouse locations.
• Keep production lines fully stocked with the materials required for efficient production.
• Complete palletiser changeovers and assist with fault-finding and resets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Remove waste materials and ensure they are placed in the appropriate recycling areas.
• Load and unload HGVs in line with the production and delivery schedule.
• Ensure finished products are correctly identified, labelled, and stored.
• Work alongside Quality and Technical teams to maintain product quality and integrity.
• Support the wider Process Team and assist with other duties as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Good English and Maths skills.
• A valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A reliable, proactive approach to work.
• A willingness to undertake additional training where required.
• The ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift pattern, including days and nights.
