Senior CRM Manager
We''re looking for a Senior CRM andamp; Loyalty Manager on behalf of a Retail Giant for a 4-5 month contract opportunity, where you will own and shape CRM and Loyalty strategy end to end, driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue across digital and retail channels.This is a senior, hands-on role with real ownership. You''ll set the direction, lead a small team (x2 direct reports), and work closely with Digital, eCommerce, IT, and Retail teams to make CRM and Loyalty deliver measurable impact.It will be hybrid to their London HQ 2 days per week, with the remaining fully remote. What your role will entail:Owning the CRM andamp; Loyalty strategy from idea to deliveryLeading email, SMS, and direct mail across trade and triggered campaignsDriving loyalty engagement and commercial performanceSupporting the evolution and optimisation of the loyalty programme and platformUsing insight and reporting to track performance and guide optimisationManaging and developing a CRM Manager and Loyalty ManagerKey requirements:Strong experience in CRM and/or Loyalty within an omni-channel retail environmentComfortable setting strategy but happy to stay close to executionCommercial, customer-focused, and results-drivenConfident working cross-functionally and managing agenciesExperience with a SaaS CRM platform (Klaviyo or similar)Confident with data, reporting, and insight (Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics)Loyalty platform experience is a bonus*Rates depend on experience and client requi
